Company History

Beck Prosper was established in 2006 as a joint venture between the Midsteel Group and the Prosper Group (ultimately owned by Lithgows Ltd).

The Beck Prosper association with bolting goes back as far as 1969 with the establishment of a development company specialising in cold roll forming equipment in Ayrshire, Scotland. Beck Prosper then grew to become a world class manufacturer of studbolts through the development of thread rolling machines for the manufacture of threaded bar. Further investment in CNC Machining in the 1980's allowed the company to supplement its standard bolting range with specialist components.

Beck Prosper has brought together the established manufacturing and technical capability of Beck Prosper with the respected distribution and service expertise of the Midsteel Group. This dynamic combination allows Beck Prosper's worldwide customers to experience an unrivalled level of quality and service.

Beck Beck Prosper Limited is a respected global brand for high integrity bolting processing millions of pounds worth of orders every month both in the United Kingdom and China. The Chinese operation is a joint venture between Beck Crespel and Beck Prosper Limited.
